Small Town

Taiwan Tourism Bureau unveiled 2019 campaign to promote small indigenous towns in Taiwan. The first-ever 3D Traditional Taiwanese House bus will roam the streets of Singapore, offering the residents and the tourists a brand-new vision of the charm of Taiwan. The 3D installation art with a swallowtail roof of local architectural style on the top and the decorative tiles with floral patterns on the bottom half of the bus are both iconic imageries of traditional towns. The nest of swallow, a symbol of opulence and prosperity, is brought to life on the Traditional House Bus.

No Footprint House

The NFH is developed for serial production, based on a larger toolbox of prefabricated residential typologies. A first prototype was built for a European family in the southwest of Costa Rica. They chose a two-bedroom configuration with steel structure and pine wood finishes, which was shipped to its target location on one single truck. The building is designed around a central service core in order to optimize logistical efficiency regarding assembly, maintenance and usage. The project seeks for integral sustainability in terms of its economic, environmental, social and spatial performance.

Beer Culture 2020

Austria's innovation leader in brewing Brau Union Osterreich published an Austrian beer culture report in 2020. It represents a survey of the Austrian beer culture, seeking to improve it constantly. A study was carried out across Austria in cooperation with the market research institute. It is representative for Austria's population and therefore delivers many important insights. Questions about the importance of beer specialties, drinking habits, raw materials and sustainable beer production were answered in a representative manner.

Monza

The design of Monza finds its echo in the forms and motifs from the 70s which led to the creation of a radiator-like timekeeper. The remarkable feature of this clock, compared to the classical ones, is that the metal plates are substituted with 2 hardened crystal glass discs with welded stainless bushes on them. This technique gives a possibility to show the beauty of the skeleton mechanism. The transgressive case shape has rejected all limits that traditional manufacturing usually faces. Monza highlights the handcraft peculiarities made in Italy and the classical peculiarities of horology.

Out Here Its Dew

With the visual language of this campaign in tow it was time to hit the great outdoors, with a world class outdoor photographer. The goal with the production was to build a robust library of images for use in retail point-of-sale, social and out of home advertising. Designers were challenged by a rapid timeline and also the fact that they were trying to depict early Spring, Summer and Fall all in one shoot. Working with network of partners, designers found the right location that could work for all scenarios and produced hours of footage and hundreds of images.

Pride Shrike

The mascot design of Pingtung city has long been monkeys because the old name of Pingtung is "Ahou", which is pronounced similar to "monkey" in Mandarin. In order to break away from stereotyped thinking, the team selected brown shrike, the bird of Pingtung County, as an inspiration to give everyone a refreshing impression about Pingtung. The games cheer not only for the winners, but all athletes as they all make us proud.
